Which code to choose?
QR Code Multiple lines, Hindi, email, URL or address can be placed. Barcode Keep only small English text and numbers in it; Do not use it for long paragraphs or Hindi. The EEAN-13/UPC-A are for retail numbers, and require correct digits/check digits. This tool does not automatically generate an official product number.
How to use QR / Barcode Generator?
The job of QR / Barcode Generator is to convert link, text or supported barcode data into code. This facility is provided in a separate page on PDF Saathi Hub so that you can read the correct input, output and required limits. The method written below is according to the actual tool's behavior, there is no guarantee of perfect conversion or approval.
right start
First decide whether you want to keep website address, plain text, email or other information in QR. If there is a link, write the complete address correctly. Scan the generated preview with the camera or scanner of another phone and match the decoded text with the input. A QR with wrong destination looks fine, so scanning test is the most important step. In Barcode mode, follow the supported format and its data limits.
Result checking
After download, scan test the code on the same size in which you will print it. Cutting white margin, keeping contrast too low or resizing too small may cause the scan to fail. Success in browser preview does not guarantee printed output. Try opening the destination for website links. The URL placed inside a Static QR cannot be changed later; If you use redirect of your website then its management is separate from this generator.
Privacy and safe use
Do not keep unrestricted link of personal ID, secret password or private document in the code. Any person can read the information by scanning the code. Creating a QR does not declare the destination safe. If leading zeros or special characters are required in the barcode, match it with the scan result. Image export is a separate copy and there is no need to share the original input anywhere else.
Frequently asked questions
Can the QR destination be changed later?
The data encoded in Static QR does not change. Create a new code for the new value.
Will the original file be changed?
No. Save the new output copy separately. Keep the original safe and read it before sending the final result.
What if an error occurs on a large file?
Try with a smaller sample or fewer pages. If memory is less then run it on another device. Do not use incomplete output after error.
